The use of Simunitions is excellent! Presenting the use of cover and using angles, in the barricade field, using Sims was some of the best training that I've attended.
I like how you split days into live-fire and Sims drills, then reviewed the video of them the following morning. Allowing us to critique ourselves, drove the skills home.
I never experienced more practical force-on-force training. Excellent!

A bit fast for a 1st timer, but still very good. I really wish that I had more time to practice the drills. Great scenarios too. You guys came up with some that, now that we've practiced them, I remember from shootings in the past.
I love the "no down range - 360 degree HOT range". Everybody was treated like the professionals that we are. It was just like day to day operations. Everybody was responsible for their own weapons. Very realistic. Very safe.

I like the target progression, from silhouette to printed targets, to center mass only, to head shots. My groups got tighter and tighter, while moving and shooting faster and faster.
I will push my department for more of this training.
